Senior Behaviour Support Practitioner
Casey is an Advanced Behaviour Support Practitioner specialising in complex psychosocial disabilities. Casey completed a Bachelor of Psychological Science and a Master of Business Psychology degree from the University of Newcastle. Casey’s career has spanned several sectors, including out-of-home care, NDIS disability support, student learning support within the Department of Education, and working as a mental health clinician at an NGO.
Over the years, Casey has had the privilege of working with individuals across all life stages, with experience supporting individuals living with borderline personality disorder (BPD), complex PTSD (C-PTSD), schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and dissociative disorders. Casey is deeply passionate about delivering trauma-informed care and implementing person-centred practices. Her approach to mental health and well-being is rooted in self-empowerment and collaboration, ensuring that each individual’s needs are met with respect, dignity, and tailored support.
Outside of work, Casey loves swimming in the ocean, travelling, reading and listening to live music.
