SAY HELLO TO
LUCY
Behaviour Support Practitioner
Passionate about helping people overcome challenges and achieve their full potential, Lucy brings extensive experience in behaviour support, therapeutic intervention, and community development. With a background in criminology, counselling, and social services, Lucy specialises in working with individuals from diverse backgrounds, including at-risk youth, families, and people navigating complex support needs.
Her approach is always centred, strengths-based, and trauma-informed—as she believes in meeting people where they are and empowering them with the right tools and support to move forward. Whether it’s mentoring individuals, developing tailored behaviour strategies, or leading programs that promote resilience and independence, Lucy’s goal is to foster growth, self-determination, and long-term success.
Outside of work, Lucy loves camping and playing sports. As a former elite soccer player, she understands the value of teamwork, discipline, and perseverance—lessons that influence her work and leadership style. When I’m not outdoors, Lucy enjoys friends, family and spending time with my friendly Staffy, who never fails to bring a smile to my face.
Lucy is committed to creating meaningful connections, driving positive change, and ensuring that every person she supports has the opportunity to build a stronger, more fulfilling future.
